Telephone Advice

The doctor is happy to deal with some queries by telephone. For example, if you have a query about the tablets you have been asked to take.

• Please telephone the surgery from 08.30am to book a same day callback.
• If your problem is non-urgent, the doctor will usually ring you back after surgery.

If the doctor feels you need to be reviewed, you may be asked to attend the surgery.

You may also telephone NHS direct for medical advice. This is a nurse led service, where a nurse is available 24 hours a day to assist you.
