• General care of patients who are ill, or believe themselves to be ill.
• Management of terminal illness.
• Chronic Disease Management.
  • This includes hypertension, Diabetes, Asthma, Chronic Obstructive Airways Disease & Epilepsy.

• Child Health Surveillance
• Childhood Immunisations
• Cervical Cytology
• Contraceptive Services
• Travel Advice & Vaccination (Some of this lies outside of the NHS and fees may be applicable)

Direct Enhanced Services

• Flu Vaccination
• Mental Health Checks
• Learning Disability Health Checks
• Warfarin Monitoring
• Shared Care Drug Monitoring (For Rheumatology, Dermatology etc)
• Vaccination initiatives (eg mumps catch up vaccine)
